Doctrine of Balaam
1. Balaam desired honor, fame, position rather than humbling self.2. Balaam inticed Israel to engage in wrong relationships.
3.Balaam inticed Israel to take on the customs of the world around them.
4.Balaam wanted to bring a curse on those God had blessed.
5. When a christian or church caters to the world to win it over, they soon find they are caught in spiritual fornication and are spiritually powerless.
6. God slew the Israelites who joined themselves to Baalpeor. God is just as jealous for purity and holiness now.
7. Beware of nonchristian relationships becoming too close.
