What is a Pillar in the Temple ?
1. Rev.3:12-13 A pillar is one upon which a structure rests and is vital, not a decoration.2.The New Jerusalem that comes down out of heaven has no temple, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
3.The overcomers becoming pillars refers to a position of vital importance in the New Jerusalem,a building not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
4. Lucifer was once the anointed cherub that covers on the holy mountain of God and walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Ezek.28:13-14
5.Lucifer was part of the spiritual and eternal structure,but he WENT OUT. Through pride he became the rebellious satan.
6.The redeemed overcomers of satan will GO NO MORE OUT.
7.Hebrew and Greek words for pillar refer to power, glory, dignity. The covering cherub Lucifer fell and went out. The overcomers will abide forever as part of God's government.
