Does Satan Have Access to God?

We usually think of satan as being bound in hell or abiding in an underground compartment , but according to Scripture satan roams through the earth, going back and forth in it.                                    There is an invisible realm, a spirit world, all-around us which we cannot see.

According to 2 Kings 6 Elisha asked God to reveal a portion of the invisible spirit realm to his servant.

The servant saw horses and chariots of fire all-around Elisha's house.

In Job chapter I it is revealed that satan, the enemy is permitted to come before God, just as other angels do to report on their duties and activities throughout the galaxies and universes.

Even though satan is an enemy he still has access to God until the end times when he will be chained in the bottomless pit.

Satan's present activities are here ,roaming back and forth throughout the earth where he struggles against God, Christians, and angels, engaging them and trying to defeat their purposes, and even change the destiny of believers

Thankfully for believers, Satan cannot touch them unless God allows him to, according to Job chapter 1.

God actually has a hedge of protection around believers and their families and God blesses us so we can prosper in spite of Satan and the world we live in.

Satan is not omni-present or all-powerful as God is. Satan is not God's equal. Satan is under the authority of God. Satan can only work with God's permission.

Although Satan did take Adam's right to rule here on earth when Adam yielded to disobedience and sin. Satan had to get permission to afflict Job.

Satan's job is roaming the earth trying to tempt, test, torment, devour, and destroy. Ephesians 4:26-27 -

Holding grudges is satan's open door. Failing to forgive and remaining angry gives satan a stronghold to pin you to the mat.

His motto is "Bow to no one ,be your own boss." He takes individuality and tries to turn it into arrogant independence.

Satan is a freewill independent being. And God has permitted him to operate in certain realms, and sometimes allows him to cause disasters ,wars, floods, earthquakes, etc.

God is love and is compassionate and merciful.

God allows satan to cause tragedy for reasons beyond what we can comprehend.

Just as Jesus spoke peace to the winds and the waves from the boat, God is shielding and protecting us from satan's destruction and rage.

Don't fret about whether God may allow satan to test you, instead live one day at a time praising Him for the blessing of protection, security and prosperity.

Suffering causes us to sink our roots deep into God.

Try to look at the eternal reward that God is trying to place in you through the suffering. Life is a test.

Bring glory to God. Don't be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God will keep your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Baptism Equals Blamelessness

The Holy Spirit came to bring glory to the Son, not to bring glory to himself.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit brings the power of the ascended Christ into the heart of man.

It's not baptism that makes the transformation; it's Christ dwelling completely in us that makes the change.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit is not a separate experience from Jesus. It's Jesus coming to dwell in a completely surrendered heart.

We cannot be faultless as long as we live in this earthly vessel, but we can be blameless.

Salvation brought Christ as savior from sinful deeds.

Sanctification brings Christ as cleanser from sins power and authority over us. The indwelling Christ controlling the surrendered vessel.

Motives, imaginations, and desires can be cleansed so the heart is blameless.

The Wind Blows Where it Wishes

I never quite understood what Jesus meant when he said, "The wind blows where it wishes and so is everyone who is born of the Spirit."

Now I see that although the Holy Spirit is available to us by asking for Him (Luke 11:13) , we receive Him from God and not by any effort of our own.

The Spirit comes from outside us into our heart , not by intellect, doctrine, or creed: but by being illuminated.

First, God breaks us down to where we realize our sinfulness, guilt, and need; then, he frees us from sins power by an infilling illumination (revelation of His presence).

Like the wind blowing where it wishes we experience in illumination moving upon us revealing who Jesus is, and freeing us from sins gravity.

The plane flies, because the wind (thrust) under the wing is greater than gravity's authority.

We experience freedom to fly (liberty), because His Spirit in us is greater than sins gravity.

Mental Religion

There is a vast difference between mental religion and spiritual salvation.

MENTAL RELIGION

1. Accepts Bible doctrines. 2. Accepts church endeavers. 3. Accepts moral standards. 4. Accepts social reforms. 5. Accepts outward moral living.

1. Rejects spiritual repentance. 2. Rejects the saving grace of Christ. 3. Rejects true change of heart

Mental religion can progress in to spiritual salvation, if the individual stops rejecting Christ and ignoring repentance and starts excepting and seeking Him.

Poor in Spirit

Being born again comes not through deciding to follow Christ but by receiving Christ.

We receive Him when we realize we are weak and broken and cannot live up to the Commandments, morals, and principles of God.

We become born-again by receiving him.

Only he can enable us to follow.

We must realize our poverty and inability to live the Christian life.

Only by receiving Christ can we be enabled.

Jesus will bring you to the end of yourself. Just as he brought the disciples to the point of abandoning him in running away.

Then they realized how weak they were ,and were able to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Blessed are the poor in spirit. Matt.5:3
